Latest review:Gas Work-Expected to pay £95 for job if straight forward and extra if not. This turned out to be a straight forward (non-emergency) and felt the quote of £260 after they looked at it was not reasonable and I said I would get a 2nd opinion. I was still charged £95 for absolutely no work. My second opinion came and completed the job and serviced my boiler for £80 total. I was promised a £30 refund as I was not happy and felt that the £95 charge was totally unreasonable. It never appeared - I feel a bit scammed. I know it’s only my experience- but I would not recommend.
Highly recommend John! We needed this small job done quickly and John was very helpful, excellent communication, had the job done efficiently. Will definitely reach out to him again when needing other work done.
